Mr. Nicot came highly recommended to me via my Guardianship attorney. Scott did not disappoint at all. He is knowledgeable with market trends, FL. laws and HOA laws.( very important in So. Fl.) Robert Bellemare (Bob) was our listing agent. He knew the area and was knowledgeable about the current prices.He did an excellent job walking us through the different stages of the process. He was very competent and calmed our fears and concerns. He didn't make outrageous promises but he was very matter of fact and informative. He kept in regular contact with us. He was always available to answer any questions we might have.We accepted an offer after 5 days. He was helpful through the negotiations and explained all the steps. He continued with us through the closing.This was our first time selling a home. We lived there for over 40 years and he made it painless.
