Laura was terrific! She is very professional, an expert in real estate, and clearly and concisely communicated timely and consistently. As I was out of state from where the home was sold I was able to fully trust her handling everything for me from start to finish including the coordination of some renovations. I give her an A+ and would work with her again if the need arises.

We hired Laura to sell our house and she was phenomenal. She listed our house higher than we thought it should be and she sold it within days, just below our listing price. Our neighbors couldn’t believe it! Laura staged our house, recommended how to place our furniture and it sold so fast. We were still on vacation when we got an offer. We countered and got our price. Now we had Laura help us buy our next home and she was equally as dedicated and determined as she was when she listed our former home. Laura has excellent insight into the market and she made the entire process on both homes as easy as possible. I can’t say enough about Laura except to say she is the best realtor I have ever worked with and I highly recommend her if you want to sell your home, buy a new home or both!

Tom Flemming was very friendly and knowledgeable as my Remax agent. He was very easy to contact anywhere, anytime, and returned my texts and messages promptly. Tom also kept me updated on any and all communications regarding the sale of my Dad’s condo after his death. I live in Illinois and his caring and concern made this difficult process better than I had anticipated. He was knowledgeable about condos and condo associations and very understanding about family concerns and situations. Tom was also very professional and courteous and I would call on him again without hesition.

Laura Sells and it shows! With a listing life of 1 day, a highly attentive staff, and excellent accessibility, she got our home sold, from beginning to end, in 30 days. And at full price to boot!! Best choice we could've made!

"Bob helped my brother and me sell our father’s apartment in Florida although we live in Ohio. It was a difficult sale because our father’s estate attorney was not in the least helpful in facilitating the sale. Had Bob not been on top of the changes in the real estate market from October to January and had he not been on our side in dealing with our less-than-helpful attorney, we’d still be trying to sell the property. Once Bob hired a real estate lawyer for us and shepherded us through the selling process, we are now planning how to spend the proceeds from the sale of the property rather than still paying monthly maintenance fees and utility bills. We cannot say enough good things about Bob Bellemare and recommend him highly!"
