Had a excellant experiance. We put the house on the market very late in the year ( late Sept ) and Marilyn both staged the property and expertly photographed so that we were swamped with potential buyers! Highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor!

The Halley's helped us throughout the selling process by setting expectations on timelines, leading pricing discussions with research and data, and offering advice on home prep needed for the house to sell, as well as connecting with resources to help (painter, contractor, cleaner, etc.). They gave us confidence throughout the process, and the house ended up selling at around our original expectation.

Paul helped me find my first home in 2016 and was extremely knowledgeable and supportive. So when it came time to sell my parents' home 10 years later, there was no question who to hire. Paul was able to coordinate with 4 of us, some out of state, and get all the title transfer paperwork in order for a seamless transition from deceased parents to us children to the new seller. I barely had to lift a finger, which given all the other things involved in two parents' deaths days apart, was such a helpful blessing. His admin Katherine was instrumental also and the 3 day sale could not have happened without her. We were able to close on the house remotely so I didn't even have to travel or lift a pen. Call Paul.
