I listed (to sell) our house in Plymouth. Michigan with Mr. Bartley Patterson, then we relocated out of state to east coast. I had few concerns about the selling process since I was moving out of state, but Bart is very prompt in keeping close communication via phone, emails, text messages and e-documents sign etc, and above all at all time of the day to keep connected and clarifying our Q/A. It was such a relief and some time I would sincerely refer his first name initial 'B' as in BEST Patterson (a way of expressing my heartfelt Thanks). Mr. Best (Bartley) Patterson is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, market condition, legal process and very professional in communication with clarity. Jamey has excellent knowledge of the local market. He was very well prepared when we met for the first time, with all of the information we needed to make a sound decision about the marketing of out home. He was polite and professional.
