She took the time to walk through our home to make helpful suggestions on furniture arrangements, paint color, and general home readiness that made our home shine to buyers. She also provided her own pieces (Rugs, paintings, furniture, etc) to help stage it. Our home had 3 great offers for the 2 days it was on the market. She then helped us deal with a challenging buyer.
