Nancy was very communicative, informative and “settling” when things hit a bump. She had very rapid and clever responses to overcome obstacles. Her suggestions to make the home more appealing to buyers were “spot on” and if she suggested any repairs she had very competent and talented people she called upon. Nancy was also very sensitive to my state of being having lost my husband in July. Jet skills in negotiating and holding the line were amazing.
