Andrea exceeded our expectations every step of the way. When we interviewed her, we were not ready to move forward with the house sale. She kept in touch but was not intrusive. She sent us relative tokens of attention: cards, market data etc. when we began the process, she used a professional photographer and priced our house according to the current market. She consulted us on the market conditions and what we could expect after listing. The closing went smooth. And the nice touch was her last letter with address label for the new address (not expected). Besides her professionalism, we really liked her personality. She felt like family and we would definitely recommend her to others.

Vicki likes her listings to look top notch so expect to have to do things to get it ready for listing. I was a little hesitant to go to the trouble but based on what I got for my house and what similar houses sold for that weren’t staged and updated she definitely knew what she was doing.
