Mary Grace did a very nice colorful brochure which highlighted the best qualities of my house. She provided for me the things to do in my house to help it look great to show. She gives a lot of thought to detail Mary Grace was very responsive when I needed her and always got back with me. Her mastery with real estate shows in all of her work. Emile is someone my wife and I have worked with for this recent home purchase and sale and that of two other properties. Each time, she was aware of the intricacies of the market and what we needed to do to find a home in the area we wanted. Specifically for this home purchase, given the crazy post-COVID market, she helped us navigate the insanity and find many homes we bid on. Our goal was to move for our expanding family into an area with excellent schools, restaurants, and family amenities. Emile, was awesome!!! she made this experience so much easier. She is very motivated, hard working and very professional about her job.
