Robin was great from the start. She was very professional and asked me about my history with the house and the investments I had made. Robin walked the entire house inside and out and stated she had to do some additional research on comps. She was concerned that the comps she pulled were far too low for quality of house I was about to put on the market. Glad she did as the value was much higher and offers we received were well over asking. Within a few days, Robin had the professional photographer in taking photos and preparing the 3-D walk-thru. She staged all of the pictures and we kept the staging for the sale. House was listed on a Monday evening and we had multiple offers the following day. Robin handled all of the negotiations and coordinated all questions and inspections requested by the buyer. The sale was seamless. I would use Robin again without hesitation.Robin also conducted our estate sale. Super efficient, does a lot of research on the items you are selling. Set-up and preparation completed well in advance of the sale. They keep close tabs on the items and provided sufficient staff to work the entire house. We were never concerned about our personal items. Robin and her team did a tremendous job.
