She would show us homes over Facetime while we were in a different state before we decided to move. Time was never an issue with her. She was super accommodative with a broad smile and wide hug. She went above and beyond on every single showing we had to go to find out the details of the property and finding the right number to put a bid. Stacy is amazing! Over 3 years ago, during the middle of the pandemic (June 2020) my wife and I decided to look for our new house. It was a buying-house war time. We got lucky to cross paths with her, she was very professional, patient, and helpful with our first time buying together (me and my wife). She teaches us what to look for in a house before sending an offer. We visited at least 50 houses for sale, sent a lot of offers, we got declines at most of them, since everything ran so fast that, by the time we sent the offer, the house was already under contract. We got one, but then realized it was not the right one (her house inspector helped us to find some issues). Unfortunately, while visiting a house, she got a broken ankle, but she kept working with us, with her ankle-boot. At some point, we almost lost faith, but she was always supportive and always looking for more options to show us, until finally, we found the right house for us and got the seller’s signature. It is July 2023 and we are still in love our current house. If you are looking for a very professional and hard-working realtor, Stacy is your person. Thank you, Stacy! Carlo & Maria. Robin made a process I'd been dreading so easy! The Perfect Piece and Robin coordinated a successful estate sale; I didn't have to do anything but remove the items/furniture I was keeping. Robin then coordinated a cleanout and painting, then listed the house. She handled the inspection, hiring contractors for minor repairs and managed a difficult buyer...all while I was kept informed and stress-free in Florida! Robin not only helped me sell my childhood home for my mom but also helped to coordinate an estate sale before the sale as well as coordinating the cleaning needed at the home. Based on the age of the home, I was expecting to have a lengthy repair list, but Robin suggested listing it "as-is" based on the market conditions and she was 100% on target as it was under contract within a week without a home inspection.
