We just closed on our beach front property today. Karen was amazing from start to finish. There were quite a few challenges because the purchase was a short sale, and therefore a long process. We are from Colorado, and this will be our winter home. We put an offer on the property without seeing it first as we knew exactly what we were looking for….Karen did a video tour for us.
