We just closed on our beach front property today. Karen was amazing from start to finish. There were quite a few challenges because the purchase was a short sale, and therefore a long process. We are from Colorado, and this will be our winter home. We put an offer on the property without seeing it first as we knew exactly what we were looking for….Karen did a video tour for us. She was also very patient throughout the process, which took 5 months. This was notable because from our many experiences of buying and selling homes over 30 years, sadly we have found that many realtors often just simply want the deal closed, and income in their pockets. Karen was just the opposite. We could tell she really enjoys and cares about helping others accomplish their goals.
