So glad we found Karen (a local who knows the market), for our relocation from Arizona to Venice, Florida! Karen was ready to go, showing us homes on a very tight schedule. Once we found something we LOVED, she was on the ball down to the tiniest detail. We were out of state for most of the buying/closing process, and Karen ensured all inspections were done ASAP (requiring her to come to the property countless times). She proactively ensured we had all of the documents we needed for insurance, loans, and closing, and she acted as our eyes and ears. She even came to the house multiple times to meet with contractors for some upcoming work we wanted. Highly recommend her.
