Kim went out of her way to keep the garden weeds and swimming pool in excellent condition. Called immediately when any issue was identified. Held multiple open house events. Advised when to alter ask price as time and market stats dictated. Communication was challenging, as many times it was not clear - using generic terms (it, they, when) instead of specifics. Last question was: "What time is the cclosing?" Must have asked four times and never got an answer. At closing, I lost well over $100,000 from original price.

I don't know where to begin, Shannon was absolutely the best realestate agent we could have asked for. She worked with us long distance, was patient, kind, understanding, professional, and very knowledgeable. She always answered calls or texts right away and was very truthful. We never felt pressured and could rely on her honest advice. She was also the first person to respond on a holiday when I was looking for an agent. When something was required for an inspection and we were out of town she would run over to open the doors and help in any way needed.
