We came to the Northport area looking for a home and Kim had been recommended to us. We gave her a list of “wants” and she showed us about 10 homes. The second one was perfect. We bought it in July, but couldn’t be here for the final walk through or closing. In fact, we weren’t able to be here until early Oct.
