Excellent agent.

This was my fourth time using Shannon to either sell or buy a property. I found her to be caring, courteous, understanding and professional. HIGHLY recommend!!

If you’re looking for a realtor, we cannot recommend Shannon enough! As first-time homebuyers, we had so many questions and weren’t sure what to expect throughout the process. From the beginning, Shannon was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. She took the time to answer every single question we had, no matter how small, and made sure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. What could have been a stressful experience turned into such a smooth and enjoyable one because of her. Incredible Experience from start to finish!!

Shannon truly went above and beyond our expectations every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. We were from out of state trying to purchase from long distance. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were evident from day one! She was always available to answer our questions immediately and provided us information sooner than we expected. She kept us informed throughout the whole process and genuinely had our best interests at heart. She was willing to do virtual tours and knew exactly what our interests and concerns were just from spending a short time with us. It is evident she is very experienced. What impressed us most was her honesty, patience, and commitment to making sure we found the right condo. We always knew she was working tirelessly to get us what we wanted. If you are looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive and truly cares about her clients (not to mention a sweetheart), we can’t recommend her highly enough.
