In a very tough Florida sellers market Kim kept us confident we would eventually sell. She was open to our suggestions and did everything possible to sell our home. Kim went out of her way to keep the garden weeds and swimming pool in excellent condition. Called immediately when any issue was identified. Held multiple open house events. Advised when to alter ask price as time and market stats dictated. Communication was challenging, as many times it was not clear - using generic terms (it, they, when) instead of specifics. Last question was: "What time is the cclosing?" Must have asked four times and never got an answer. At closing, I lost well over $100,000 from original price.

Kim ably handled a multitude of questions during our first two meetings with the team of family members who were helping to prepare our parents' former home for sale. She walked us through each room, highlighting the history of the community's builder, as well as the features of the home and its location that would appeal to buyers. Kim also pointed to areas we could address to make the home more appealing, recommending furniture removal, touch up painting, and minor repairs. Once the home was under contract, Kim helped us to quickly find contractors to address the minor issues which the inspection turned up. She arranged for vendors to access the home for repairs when we were unable to, and continued to keep us informed every step of the way. She came to the closing and was able to advise us appropriately when the buyer's bank delayed the transfer of funds due to their last minute error.
