Kim was very helpful, patient, professional, great communication, went above, answered all questions. I would recommend her. Thank Kim
I like working with professional people that are knowledgeable on the current market. Kim got my house sold quickly while keeping me informed every step of the way! Professional with sense of humor! What a combination! It was a great experience!
As a first-time home buyer, I had endless questions, all of which were quickly and patiently answered. She was so attentive and knowledgeable. Kim went out of her way to explain things to me and took care of my home-buying as if I were a part of her family. As a perfectionist, I respect Kim's hard work and dedication to my home. She also managed to save me quite a bit more than I could have hoped through her guidance. Thank you so much!
Kim Werla was a godsend, referred by my rental maintenance company.. She and her team offered the highest quality help - long distance, between NY & FL - no less. Her professionalism is extraordinary. Neither friends nor family could have treated me better. Kim must be a contortionist because she bent over backwards for this client. Can not thank you enough, Kim.
I first met Kim in passing, but remembered her when I needed to find an agent to sell my house because of her friendly, approachable style. She was knowledgeable about the market in the area which was extremely helpful to me due to my long distance home base, and the selling of a second home. She kept us informed every step of the way and her team as on top of every part of the sale from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Kim Werla and her team to help you sell or buy a home.
Unlike other realtors that we have used to buy and/or sell homes, Kim followed our interests and focused accordingly. She also is prompt, timely, and responsive to the many administrative intricacies of paperwork and coordination with lawyers, real estate agents, and home inspectors. Best realtor we’ve ever used….. she’s always on point!
Truly knows the area, the market prices and best time to buy or sell.
We felt Kim was very professional, kind and patient, found her to be available for viewing properties and she personally would view houses and send us videos ,she was well versed in real estate, would highly recommend her services. Joe and Pam
Kim Werla is trustworthy, professional, and the kind. We bought our first house from her in Venice and had a wonderful experience with her then. We then decided to sell that home of which we called Kim to sell it for us. She helped us with selling the furniture and was there for us all the way in the selling process. Three years later we called her up and Kim did numerous videos of houses that we wanted to buy. We found this home and we are very happy. I can’t say enough about this agent! Her team is wonderful also!
While the real estate market is always difficult to navigate, the surrounding factors during a pandemic make it nigh impossible. Despite this, Kim and her husband Tim has made it not only possible but as low stress as it could possibly me. They were available every time as question arose and things needed to be clarified, they looked out for our best interests and despite probably having a full plate, we felt like we were their only clients during our process. Always thankful to have had them in our corner.
Kim goes way out of her way to help with the selling of your home. We actually used her expertise to buy our home and was so impressed we called her to sell our home. That in itself tells you how happy we are with her services and kindness! She has a wealth of knowledge to help her customers. She is thoughtful and genuine with everything she does. We plan on using her in the future when we are ready to buy once again!
