Rachel and Rich Tritschler are Sarasota natives. I was moving into the area and needed help with understanding what was important to me in terms of location and house. This is a family affair, the support was unmatched by any other relator I've worked with. Rachel was understanding, we must of looked at 30 homes in person. She would walk into a home and immediately start looking at "call-outs" this needs updated, this is from this time period, this home has this feature. She is darn good at assessing homes and if you do love the home. Her brother is a contractor. Her Dad is a whole wealth of information and is very genuine. I can recommend this group enough. They make you feel comfortable and will ABOSOLUTLY not pressure you to feel the need to close a deal you are not comfortable with. They treated my family like family. Good people are hard to find. These are good people.

My husband and I chose to work with Caroline because my cousin and his wife bought their condo from the Tritschler team. I emailed the Tritschler Remax team and Caroline got back to me right away. The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. Caroline has incredible negotiating skills, she negotiated a price that was a lot less than asking price and I was thankful on many occasions that she was my on my side as our realtor. Home buying can be daunting but her follow up skills were fantastic, she returned my emails, texts and phone calls very quickly and was extremely knowledgeable on everything Sarasota. She was very professional in handling difficult situations and made them look simple. Caroline was helpful and gave me great tips during this entire process. Even after the closing she still has been wonderful in assisting me, she has gone above and beyond for us. Caroline is 5 stars all the way! I would highly recommend her!
