Caroline did an outstanding job helping us find and finance our new home. She stuck with us through this market and our unique needs for just the right home. She goes the extra mile to make sure things are right and even suggests that you walk away from one’s that she knows wouldn’t suit you. She’s not trying to “sell” you a home, she’s helping you “buy” a home.

My husband and I chose to work with Caroline because my cousin and his wife bought their condo from the Tritschler team. I emailed the Tritschler Remax team and Caroline got back to me right away. The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. Caroline has incredible negotiating skills, she negotiated a price that was a lot less than asking price and I was thankful on many occasions that she was my on my side as our realtor. Home buying can be daunting but her follow up skills were fantastic, she returned my emails, texts and phone calls very quickly and was extremely knowledgeable on everything Sarasota. She was very professional in handling difficult situations and made them look simple. Caroline was helpful and gave me great tips during this entire process. Even after the closing she still has been wonderful in assisting me, she has gone above and beyond for us. Caroline is 5 stars all the way! I would highly recommend her!

Caroline and Rachel Tritschler did such a fantastic job helping me find and buy a home while I was in a different city and unable to come to Sarasota. They have such good communication and were available whenever I needed. Their listing website was so easy to use and populated new homes each day which is what helped me jump on a new listing so quickly when it hit the market before others saw it. They helped guide and educate me on certain homes that seemed like a good fit but gave me perspectives on it that I had not considered which would effect its resale. This was helpful. When it came to to put an offer on the home, it was smooth and the multiple virtual walk throughs they gave while I was out of town gave me the confidence that I needed to act fast.

Caroline was amazing! We didn’t know her when we first started our search for our forever home. She happened to be the realtor showing the first house we looked at during an open house. She was very informative and she seemed to really want to help us in this next adventure of ours. We are so glad we took her as our guide. She learned our likes and dislikes and that made it such an easier process. When we found our forever home, I think she knew it before we did. She was always very responsive to our texts and always got those last minute showings for us. If she was out of town, she always made sure a member of Team Tritschler was there to help. We would recommend her in a heartbeat. She walked us through the closing and was with us every step of the way. Thank you Caroline for making this an awesome experience.
