Larry Brzostek has been an absolute pleasure to work with over the past few years. My husband and I first started working with Larry when we lived out of state and were first time Sarasota home buyers. Larry's immense knowledge of the area and real estate market were essential to the purchase of our first Florida home. Most importantly, we felt that Larry had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process; he understood our specific needs and was always honest, transparent, and never pushed us in one direction over the other. When I decided to purchase a second property in Sarasota, there was no doubt in my mind that I'd work with Larry again. I highly recommend him to other home buyers.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tiffany to sell my house, and I have to say, she was simply amazing. From the start, I was impressed me with her intelligence and expertise in the local real estate market. She was able to answer all of my questions and provide valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions throughout the selling process. She has exceptional communication skills. She was always available to talk which helped to alleviate any confusion or anxiety I had about the selling process. Overall, I would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone looking to sell their home. Her intelligence, expertise, and exceptional communication skills make her stand out from the crowd. She made the selling process easy and stress-free, and I couldn't be happier with the results she delivered.

Tina Clements has been wonderful to work with. She literally showed us properties for years while we arranged our affairs and sold our old home. All of the many, many details involved in the purchase of our new home were handled in a first-class professional manner.

Missy was our realtor, our psychiatrist and our team leader. She is very knowledgeable about the Sarasota/LBK real estate market and I trusted her judgement completely. Missy also recommended a legal team that made the whole process easy and understandable. Their legal advice was greatly appreciated. I give Missy my highest recommendation.
