The market we were in was very challenging. Kimberly guided us through it to put together an offer above asking that the buyer would accept and give us the home with the view we wanted. She guided us through figuring out how to allow the sellers to stay in the house for 50 days after closing and the how to handle insurance, utilities, etc. She also sold our house and coordinated all these things on both ends of the process.
