Michael Arruabarrena has been our family's real estate agent for well over 20 years and our family has bought and sold a good number of houses and condos during those years. He knows the real estate market inside and out, even as it changes due to macroeconomic influences. He sold four of our condos in June when the market was still hot and got us much more than we had hoped for. Even though mortgage rates are climbing ever higher and the market is cooling off, Michael still managed to recently sell two more of our condos at good prices for our family. He is always very professional and knows the best contractors to contact (and the ones to avoid!!!) when repairs are required. Michael became a dear friend of my mom's, and over the last year or so has become a good friend of mine, as well. If there's an award for the Real Estate Agent of the Year, I'm nominating Michael.
