Charles worked to get me showings. 3 in 3 months as I recall. (It was slow). The third showing got us a contract and a closing. It was a blessing. Charles got the job done in difficult times. We had bought our Condo in Fort Collins from Charles 4yrs ago on the phone. Charles was very helpful and all we had to do is fly in and sign papers. The condo was move in ready and our furniture was delivered within days. Very smooth! When it was time to sell the condo after my son graduated from CSU we of course called Charles. My son and I removed everything that we were keeping . Charle met us at the condo and we went over what we still had to do to get ready for the market. At that point he knew I wanted to go back to Houston and he handled everything. Within a week it was ready to put on the market and we got an offer within a day. We closed a month later.
