It’s my first time working with Charles and his team. As a first time home buyer, and new to the local market, it was really helpful to have a realtor with great understanding of the local market. He gave great advise and helped keep everything on track. He’s very knowledgeable about the contract, how to negotiate with the seller for closing fee and some other associated fees. I appreciate the honesty and forward communication from Charles. The contractors he recommended did a thorough job. Charles also have in mind the criteria of the house we set out to achieve. We purchased a condo in Fort Collins from Cleveland, Ohio with the help of Charles. He was well versed in the area and market. He went to the condo, sent a video, and shared honest opinion. He coordinated the the inspection and got us quotes for a couple items. He did the final walk through and sent pictures. He prepared the bid, sharing some thoughts and options. I remember when I first talked to Tina I told her I didn’t want to paint I just wanted to put my place on the market as is. She sent me some pictures of a place she just put on the market and I didn’t think my house could ever look that good. But her team pulled it off and my house looked like a show house. Within a week and maybe a couple days I had contract and everything went very smooth. There were times I panicked but she was always right there talking me through any issue or crisis I thought I was having. If I was not in my forever home I would use Tina again.
