Lael took his help way beyond what his job description required. For example, he helped us fixed some lamp switch, got the sinkenator running and offered to lend us equipment from his tool shed. Actually, I was laid off from my work right before closure and he even helped me with my job search! His services that were within the range of what realtors are supposed to do for you were equally awesome. The housing market in old town Fort Collins is incredibly tight and you need a strategy that sets you apart from dozens of prospective home buyers. Lael suggested we write the sellers a personal letter and his personability pushed the sale into a sphere where sellers negotiated like we were the only ones in line. Our home was appreciated higher than what we purchased it for and that is an extraordinary accomplishment in the real estate market of our city.
