Rhonda is awesome. She actually cares about her clients in a way most people don't. She's not all about closing a sale quickly--she wants you to find the right place for you. Rhonda was invaluable in finding the best house in the best part of town for me. She was very patient and listened to what I needed in a home. If not for her knowledge of the area I wouldn't have thought to look in my current neighborhood. Rhonda was also instrumental in helping me get in touch with a mortgage broker that was able to put me in touch with downpayment assistance programs in the area that I didn't know existed prior to meeting her. Rhonda was also great during the negotiation phase and helped me negotation key points in my contract. Rhonda has great people skills and was able to help me find a home for myself and children during a very difficult time. She is a good listener and is very conscientious of the needs of her clients and doesn't push them into a decision when they need time to think. I would defintely use her services in the future.

We were very happy with Rhonda. Growing up in Northern Colorado, she naturally has a strong knowledge of the Northern Colorado market. I was impressed with her patience. Over 18 months we walked through better than 50 homes, and she probably previewed atleast that many that she didn't feel met our needs. When we finally settled on a house, the process went very smoothly.
