Toward the end of our journey, he advocated for us through the negotiating process of getting under contract and ensuring the best transaction possible. We were pleased with our experience. Chuck and Sheron Marshall are both amazing agents. I have known them for over 25 years. I met them when I was selling my first house, and called on them again when I was ready to sell my second. They helped my husband and I find and buy our first house together 24 years ago, and we called them again when we decided to downsize and sell that same house. They are highly knowledgeable in all aspects of the market and are quick to respond to questions and concerns. Dave Eliason was referred to me by one of my best friends who had worked with him a couple times. He helped us buy our first home and we could not have been happier.
