Can’t say enough good things about Dave. We were first time buyers, had literally no idea what we were doing. Dave walked us through every stage and advocated for us at every step. After being rejected a few times, we found our dream home and knew we had to act quickly. Dave was out of town and literally dropped everything to write up our offer, and on the drive back from where he was, stopped at a rest stop and jumped on his computer to do more stuff for us. On a Sunday night! Incredibly helpful, super responsive to texts/calls, just the perfect person to help us buy our first house. The agent working with the sellers even commented on how easy working with Dave was. I could go on and on, seriously, such a great experience! Thanks Dave!!

Working with Debbie made the process of purchasing a home seem like a walk in the park. Admiitidly, we were not easy clients. We couldn't articulate exactly what we wanted in a house, and we waffled on locations. This did not matter to Debbie, she was super flexible and worked with us every step of the way. In the end, we only put an offer in on one house, and it was the house we ended up buying. Once our offer was accepted, Debbie handled everything else and made it a smooth transaction. I would not have bought this house if it wasn't for working with Dave. Period. It was our first time buying a house ever and we had no idea what to expect. We called a few places to look for a real estate agent and found Dave. We decided to go with Dave because he was patient and knowledgeable with helping us keep informed. He even helped us to make sure we had everything together so when it came time to bidding on a house, we would be ready! Even with our crazy schedules, Dave was always available! A lot of my friends had warned me the process of buying a home would be long and stressful. Dave went up and above for me and my family when it came to finding a home and working with the lender . He answered all my questions even if they seemed crazy to me . Buying a home was very stressful but he was by our side every step of the way . He was even out there with us helping us paint and fix the deck for the house to get approved .
