I had such a wonderful experience selling my home with Debbie. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. With her market research and experience, she knew just what price we should set to move the house quickly and I had a buyer right away. When I encountered legal problems that forced me to lose the sale and take my house off the market for over 6 months, she stuck with me. She never stopped giving me her professional guidance as I navigated the barriers to getting my home back on the market. When I was ready to move forward, she was right there, ready to help me get back on track. She went above and beyond and I had 5 offers in less than a week. My home sold with no further disruptions and she walked me through the process smoothly. I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and good-hearted Debbie is. Debbie is the best! Over the many years that I lived in Elkridge I had seen her flyers numerous times, and I knew when it was time to sell my home she was the one to go with. She will walk you through the entire process make recommendations and advise towards the market. She sold my home in four days, and we received top dollar. Can’t say enough good things about Dave. We were first time buyers, had literally no idea what we were doing. Dave walked us through every stage and advocated for us at every step. After being rejected a few times, we found our dream home and knew we had to act quickly. Dave was out of town and literally dropped everything to write up our offer, and on the drive back from where he was, stopped at a rest stop and jumped on his computer to do more stuff for us. On a Sunday night! Incredibly helpful, super responsive to texts/calls, just the perfect person to help us buy our first house. The agent working with the sellers even commented on how easy working with Dave was. I could go on and on, seriously, such a great experience! Thanks Dave!!

Working with Debbie made the process of purchasing a home seem like a walk in the park. Admiitidly, we were not easy clients. We couldn't articulate exactly what we wanted in a house, and we waffled on locations. This did not matter to Debbie, she was super flexible and worked with us every step of the way. In the end, we only put an offer in on one house, and it was the house we ended up buying. Once our offer was accepted, Debbie handled everything else and made it a smooth transaction. We would highly recommend Debbie as your Realtor. You wont be disappointed!

Dave I feel goes above and beyond helping with selling your house. He was there to help with anything I/we needed help getting rid of and the direction we needed to go to fix/improve what needed to fixed/improved.
