It was our first time buying a house ever and we had no idea what to expect. We called a few places to look for a real estate agent and found Dave. We decided to go with Dave because he was patient and knowledgeable with helping us keep informed. He even helped us to make sure we had everything together so when it came time to bidding on a house, we would be ready! Even with our crazy schedules, Dave was always available! A lot of my friends had warned me the process of buying a home would be long and stressful. However, i honestly had a pleasant experience and was even able to close on our house within 3 weeks thanks to Dave and his team! Dave went up and above for me and my family when it came to finding a home and working with the lender . He answered all my questions even if they seemed crazy to me . Buying a home was very stressful but he was by our side every step of the way . He was even out there with us helping us paint and fix the deck for the house to get approved . Debbi, helped me buy my first home in Maryland 20 years ago, her contract engineering knowledge helped us win the purchase. 5 years later she helped me buy a rental property, her contract shaping knowledge resulted in another win in a very competitive market without having to get on biding wars or spending more money than the value of the property. Fast forward to 2022, I have not communicated with her for over 14 years and on a Sunday I saw a property that I was interested on, I email her, she promptly replied, found out that the property had a offer already, we were able to see the property, determine real value, put an offer on the table and win in about 48 hours from my email. Once again in a very competitive market we were able to purchase the property for the value of the property and not break the bank in the process.
