Mr Guma was very knowledgeable about the market and came well prepared when we first met. I appreciated the comps that were brought were actually from my neighborhood and not surrounding neighborhoods with homes that were totally different. This was a very emotional sale for me. It was very difficult. But he handled not only the sale but was very compassionate and understanding in what I was feeling and going through. Even sitting at the settlement table he understood.
