My wife and I bought a house in Florida while living in Illinois, and honestly, we couldn't have done it without Chrissy and Dan. Buying a home from another state felt a little crazy at first, but they made the whole process a lot easier than we expected. They spent a lot of time doing virtual walkthroughs for us and were good about pointing out things we wouldn't have noticed through pictures alone. We never felt pressured into making a decision, and they were always willing to answer questions, no matter how small. What I appreciated most was that they were straightforward and easy to work with. If they thought something was an issue, they told us. If they thought a house was a good fit, they explained why. Chrissy went up and above and made buying our home extremely seamless. She was available at all times for us with answers and help in securing our home. The first time Chrissy and I chatted on the phone, I knew she was my realtor, plus she was building a home in Del Webb and I felt like that was good karma! We met Chrissy playing pickleball. When we mentioned the possibility of relocating, she took the time to determine what we would be looking for, and then showed us a few properties, quickly leading us to the one we chose. It was new construction and we were out of state. Chrissy visited the site, sent photos and progress reports and maintained communication with us. When it came time for various inspections, she was there! and was thorough. Great personality, very helpful with many aspects of relocating, and we highly recommend her! She will be a friend long after this transaction is over….

Incredibly patient, outrageously competent!! My home shopping experience was a 2 1/2 year search. Not knowing what I wanted but knowing what I didn't like, Chrissy helped me drill down to the property and location that would suit my lifestyle and location requirements. Never once was there a nudge to get the process moving more quickly. Suggestions came upon my requesting them, questions answered quickly and email updates kept me informed about inventory and price changes. Once my home selection was made, we breezed through the bidding, acceptance and closing process. This being a cross country move, I needed referrals for every service. Sure enough, as I verbalized the need she had a person who provides that service and speciality. She even pointed out a local brew pub that serves incredible hamburgers. I have nothing but complimentary things to say about the home buying services Chrissy proved me.
