During my recent real estate transactions I had occasion to work with the good, the bad and ugly. Suzanne was definitely the good part, as matter of fact pretty great. She knows Salem and the surrounding areas like the back of her hand and has intricate knowledge of the different neighborhoods. This was particularly useful to us as we were relocating to Salem from another city. What set her apart was how she really made us feel like she was on our side and genuinely wanted us to find just the right home. Many buyers agents sort of act like they want you to just pick a house already after they've shown you 3 or 4. Suzanne was the complete opposite of that. We weren't exactly high end buyers but I always felt like I was getting the same service that someone buying a multi million dollar home would get. Another thing is her network and knowledge of area contractors. She knows who the honest and skilled ones are. Everyone she has recommended that we have used has been top notch and fairly priced. I know I can always get a reliable referral from her. She followed up after the sale with a generous house warming gift and inquiries to see if we had any concerns and to make sure we were happy. She will absolutely be my first and only choice when I need an agent in the future.
