Shasta (and her team) was an amazing partner in getting a tricky estate sale over the finish line and sold. She had the patience in dealing with me being out of state, while being aggressive on marketing/showing the property behind the scenes. Shasta is very knowledgeable in the industry and her guidance was pivotal in dealing with various offers, multiple tricky buyers/loan offers and how to keep the property top of her mind over what was a long period of time (out of her control due to property concerns). She always kept a positive and "move forward" attitude. Above all, her professionalism of her and her team are second to none. I highly recommend Shasta and her "can do" approach!

We were vey fortunate to have Eileen as our realtor in Oregon. We are moving from CA and would not know where to begin looking for a new home without her. From our first phone conversation to the closing on our new house, she was warm and friendly. She responded to emails, text messages and phone calls quickly. She answered all our questions, and assisted us with items like finding a lender, finding people to complete in the inspectations, working with the sellers agent and seller. I called my mortgage broker Dina Schmidt for a recommendation of a broker that would move quickly and would understand my needs, clear communication, efficient response and knowledge. I was so impressed with Eileen, she made my stresss minimal in a very stressful situation (broken sewer pipes) was integral, ethical and had an approach that ensured that al would be well. I appreciated her quick response to my texts, concerns, and the calming effect she had. Knowing the community was critical in this situation and I trusted her implicitly.
