Yvonne deserves 7 stars but the system is bias towards amazing agents. It's a tough market to purchase in. After 20+ offers there wasn't much fuel left in the tank. We first met Steve when we were considering selling our home in 2017. After interviewing others, we selected him as our agent. He studied our property, did the market analysis, and even took some of our hazardous waste to the local facility. Then we decided not to sell after all. He took it in stride and gave us a subscription to his magazine. Almost three years later, we called him just to discuss an article in the magazine. That led to a discussion of the crazy virus-distorted 2020 real estate prices and we decided again to sell our home. It is an unusual home, built to our design in 1978 with many solar and "smart" features that put it 20 years ahead of its time. But that was 40 years ago and it was showing its age. It clearly required a special buyer. Steve again analyzed the market and gave us good information on preparing and pricing it. It soon sold for about what Steve predicted. Then we left California and left the house in Steve's hands with a lot of detail work yet to be finished. Steve took care of everything before and after we left, down to helping carry boxes from the attic and cleaning the oven himself. He's the best.
