From the first moment I spoke with Yvonne, I knew she was going to be our agent because she was ready to get to work the moment she picked up the phone. Lori is the most patient, caring, and intuitive agent out there! She’s helped me purchase 2 homes and sell 1. Amidst the chaos of a frenzied market, Steve was a calming anchor for us. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced, he kept us posted on what we could expect at every step along the way, and answered every question (we had a lot!) with his wonderful sense of humor intact. He went so far above and beyond, from installing the extra smoke detectors we needed himself, to meeting the plumber at our house when the outdoor tap blew a gasket on the first day of showing! Always quick to respond by phone and text, Steve always made us feel we were his top priority. In the end, by following Steve’s excellent advice, we had dozens of offers to choose from, and sold our home of 30+ years for well above our asking price.
