I just completed a very challenging move from Florida to my new home in Rancho Cucamonga . Steve was very helpful in locating and negotiating my new home. ...and making sure I was in the loop every step of the way , even from the other side of the country. He was willing to pass up many homes that did not appear to be so turn key. ...and made sure we knew what his thoughts were , even though they did not favor getting him a sale. Finally, we got a winner and were able to get best price in a very seller market with his skill and expertise. We trusted Steve so completely , we bought home from our condo in Florida, sight unseen. I think that says it all....except that it doesn't end there . Steve staid with us the entire closing process , inspection, and even well after we mover in. Helping us with all the small things that you have to deal with when moving cross country to a new home. In this kind of sellers market , just finding a good home, in a good location , is not an easy thing. Steve made this easy. It was not. Especially doing everything from the other side of county . The first time we ever saw our new home was when we moved into it ...over a month after signing the contract. It did not disappoint. There were no bad surprises . Only good ones.

I have sold and bought three houses with Realtor Sharron Jungman and it has always been a great experience. She definitely knows the area, the inventory, and how to screen interested buyers to limit traffic through your house. She hires a professional company to take pictures and make a video tour of the house. Absolutely professional. She is also very responsive to e-mails and text messages and apps close attention to the needs and wants of her clients. I would definitely hire Sharron again if I decide to move again.
