I worked with her when we purchased our first home in 2017 and she was awesome. So now that we are selling there was no question that we would use her as well. She pays attention to what we want and need, very efficient and a workaholic. My condo sold in a week which we didn’t think was possible. Now we are looking at a purchase and let me tell you she is very on it. She asked for the needs and wants and areas of focus. Teresa is truly amazing as a real estate professional and person! Without her, we would have never purchased this beautiful house. Teresa was able to track down a seller that was out of pocket because of an injury and we were able to put in a offer before the seller had an open house.
