Sandra is a top notch real estate agent who has earned a place at our table! Prior to even beginning the process, she visited on many occasions to get to know our family needs, expectations, fears, etc. She did her research on any property we were interested in and as the true professional she is, she did not leave any stone unturned when attempting to secure a property for us. This was a very difficult market to secure a home and every offer seemed unpredictable. Sandra adjusted to every obstacle by evolving with the market. She did so by calling surrounding agents to figure out comps for properties nearby, strategizing calling seller agents to find out additional information, had various contacts to expedite inspections, repairs, etc. Buying/selling is stressful but Sandra makes it as stress free as she possibly can.
