The process of looking, submitting offers and the paperwork was frustrating to us a first-time home buyer. Olivia maintained her composure, calmness and faith during those hard times. She is patient and answers questions or gets back to you with answers. The only thing I would say is that she needs to work on her thought process in writing (writing) and communicate well with her peers. However, I think we unconsciously do it when we think others know what we mean when they don't. Thanks to Genie as well for her helping in all of this. She played an important role in submissions. I'm greatful for everything they did. She cheered us up when we were losing hope.
