Kathy went out of her way to make the home buying process as smooth as possible for us. My elderly mother is not familiar with technology and the electronic methods that are used today when purchasing a home. Kathy printed documents from her home printer and drove them to my mother to review and sign. Kathy made several trips to my mom's home to walk her thru each step in person. She also took care of some electrical work that was needed as a gift to us. Kathy was professional, efficient and proficient thru the entire process. Best͏ Inland Empire Realtor!!! Sandra is the best. She was highly recommended from my fiancé family. After the initial phone and emails she was able to send a list of different properties to us consisting of new/old, and ones that meet all or most of our needs, and some that exceeded. When we started looking at houses in person she was able to relate and translate to Spanish for my fiancé to better understand. As well as she was able to get a better vibe and feeling of what we were looking for more so then just from the initial conversations. After many showings we took a gamble and looked at a larger house that exceeded all our wants and Sandra was able to guide us through the process of understanding the market and potential future outlook of the house. I’m not sure where to begin when describing our experience with our realtor Joni Anderson. She was instrumental every step of the way from setting our strategy and listing price to navigating our multiple offers all the way to the close of escrow. All of this was tested when we thought we were on the road to easy street when the first buyer backed out. Within a couple of hours Joni had us back under contract with the same over asking price offer! We have to admit that was an incredibly stressful couple of hours but she leaped into action and saved the day with incredible calm and grace.
