I’m not sure where to begin when describing our experience with our realtor Joni Anderson. She was instrumental every step of the way from setting our strategy and listing price to navigating our multiple offers all the way to the close of escrow. All of this was tested when we thought we were on the road to easy street when the first buyer backed out.
