After having our house on the market for several months with no offers my wife and I decided to attend open houses in the area with our main focus of interviewing agents. After meeting with several agents Kathy stood out. She followed up with us (letter) and we decided to give Kathy the listing. We set up a meeting and Kathy had a detailed market analysis with comps of the area as well upcoming property listings.
