After meeting with Teresa for the first time in a local coffee shop, I was confident she would be an ideal realtor to help me in buying my first home. Teresa showed herself to be a very persistent, hard working individual with a flexible schedule, that allowed her to tailor her time around those she worked with. At the beginning, I was very hesitant to work with a realtor, in fear of being pushed into buying a home I was not ready for; I never felt rushed to do anything outside my comfort zone when working with Teresa. She was great at presenting home ideas that opened my mind to concepts I hadn't yet considered, but never in the home buying process did I feel obligated act on something I was not ready for. Teresa, has a great network of individuals (lenders, inspectors, contractors, etc.) which made the buying process much easier than I had anticipated. The individuals she recommended had the better pricing/rates than any competitive quote I received elsewhere. The home buying experience has gone much more effortless than I could have ever imagined and I give much of that credit to Teresa and the work she does. Kathy sold two properties for us: a 1200 sq ft rental townhouse in 2018 and a 3400 sq ft house with mountain and ocean views in 2019. Very different circumstances. With both, she advised us on what improvements would maximize sales price, selected paint and flooring (townhouse), handled the contractors, and arranged for great aerial and ground level photos. Kathy handled the multiple offer responses to our advantage and kept me informed on progress throughout process. Kathy handled the sale of our inherited rental property. It was in terrible shape. Kathy found us contractors and oversaw the entire renovation including debris removal, painting, new flooring, new screens, termite rehab et, etc. She was very cost-conscious, yet the unit turned out beautifully updated. Kathy also did an excellent job marketing the unit with pictures, flyers and open houses. She decorated the unit with plants, flowers, matching towels and other accessories at her own cost. Kathy is very knowledgeable of this area as she grew up here and has worked in real estate for many years. She knows about the schools, shopping areas, and is familiar with all the home owner association dues. She must have the phone glued to her ear as she responds immediately to our calls and can answer our questions. She always was ready to help us with the forms and they were filled out to the max when she delivered them to us. We recommend her highly and would certainly use her again. We give her 5 stars..
