Teresa is awesome!! If you want a go getter realtor she is your gal! From the moment we met her she went above and beyond finding places for us. Even after we wanted to give up for a variety of reasons she kept our morale high and eventually (3 weeks) we found the home for us! She negotiated a great price and helped us get a quick escrow. She went out of her way to let us visit the home multiple times so we could prepare for renovations before escrow closed. Our organization was donated a residential property in San Clemente and Kathy was recommended to us through relatives of the donor. Being out of town sellers who were not familiar with the area we needed someone we could depend on to handle issues as they came up as we are located across the country. Kathy went above and beyond our expectations. She was instrumental in finding local contractors who did quality work at a good price to ensure the property was in good marketable condition. That work helped us receive multiple offers immediately after we put the property on the market, and she helped negotiate a price significantly above asking. Kathy was referred to us by friends of ours who had tried using another realtor to sell their home who was not good at all, but then had great success after hiring Kathy. Unlike with the previous realtor, their home sold very quickly once they hired Kathy. When it was time to sell our home, we immediately thought of Kathy, and she did not disappoint! The home we sold had not been remodeled and looked dated. Kathy came in and quickly assessed what needed to be done and immediately set about preparing it to sell, within a limited budget. She worked very hard, using her vendors, to get the home in fantastic shape for sale. The transformation was amazing! She has a real talent for seeing what can be changed in a home - paint, carpet, tile, etc. - to update and modernize the look. She transformed the home, at minimal expense, from a dated 1960’s look, to a very appealing home to buyers which generated multiple offers. The house received an offer for the full sale price we were asking on the very first day, within hours of it going on the market! It ended up being sold above the asking price, even. The entire process went better than we could have ever imagined. We are beyond happy with the results Kathy worked so hard to produce. I would without hesitation highly recommend Kathy to perform the same magic on selling your home that she performed with ours!
