Ken Laderman

Ken Laderman was knowledgeable about the entire process of selling and then buying a new home. He knew the market and all of the tools to advertise to as many as possible. He moved our house fast. I have complete respect for his honesty, integrity and trustworthiness.

I would highly recommend Ken Laderman. My wife and I have used him to buy two properties and sell one property. Our property sold at list price within a few days of putting it on the market. He is very knowledgeable about Orange County real estate and he responds immediately any time you have a question or request. He knows the whole process from start to finish so if you get a little lost he is more than happy to guide you. And most importantly, he will stand up for you in negotiations and be sure you are protected.

Ken helped me sell my condo and then buy my new one. He was top notch from beginning to end! He was knowledgable, professional, a great listener, and extremely responsive. As a second time home buyer, I was looking for my forever home so I was much pickier in what I wanted. Ken went above and beyond every step of the way. I recommend him without hesitation.
