This was my fiancé's and I's 1st home purchase. Going into this was new and a scary process. It was nerve wrecking and exciting at the same time. He is trustworthy, organized, professional and extremely understanding about our needs and all the stressors that come with buying a home. My sister and brother in law lived in the house for 9 years. It was decided to sell the house. The Valentino team helped them find a nice mobile home in a nice area at the right price. And this team made sure that they had time to pack so that when the house closed they were ready to move. They spent as much time as was needed to help us understand what was going to happen next in selling the house. Also they explained what we were signing. They answered all our questions. During the process of buying two investment property homes in 2015, we benefited from Valentino’s high level of attention and always-there support throughout the entire buying cycle. Valentino showed us a range of properties including in areas we had not otherwise considered and ultimately (and very quickly) found us our first investment property. He and his team were highly responsive regardless of day of week or time of day and absolute professionals in all ways including coordinating with our mortgage broker and escrow agent to make the whole process feel seamless. I bought my current house with Ondina who was very helpful and professional. I had tried to use a couple of other real estate agents before her, but I was having a hard time getting my calls returned when trying to contact them. It was different with Ondina. She was accessible and very patient with all of my difficulties. I find that buying a house is very stressful, but with Ondina's help it was not so.
