She always Pre-Qualifies the Buyers, so there's no surprises down the line. And she tells you straight, no dancing around an issue. She staged both houses beautifully and we had multiple offers and quick sales. With no hassle. Diane took care of everything when we moved and then sold our house. She handled all of the repairs, handymen, grading and termite tenting for us in addition to junk removal and cleaning. I would definitely use her again and recommend her. She's awesome!

Diane sometimes overwhelmed me with information! She had numbers and comparables for me to look at. She gave me weekly updates. She gave me names of people to contact for various “fixes” that I needed to make. When I couldn’t seem to get responses or get things done, she stepped up and took care of it. In addition to this, she let me use her trailer to temporarily store some things. I think she went above and beyond, she is the only realtor that has ever helped me with the actual packing and even furnished some boxes! I would not hesitate to recommend her.
