Marian is very intelligent in what she does. Right when we walk into a home, I can see her mind thinking of what she can request the seller for deduction or what we can do to fix the home to our likely. We, my wife and i along w our two babies loves her bubbly and heart warming personality. She nevertheless pressured us to place a bid on a home we wasn't 100 percent sure about and even does extra research on how much the home is worth bidding for.
