We met Karen at an open house she was hosting. She was hospitable and warm in her greeting. Karen was happy to offer information, walk us about and even offer refreshments. Whatever she was unsure of or did not know offhand, she followed up on and got back with us promptly. Karen became our agent in our home purchase, offering guidance and support throughout the entire process. We never felt rushed or that we were an inconvenience. On the contrary, we felt prioritized and cared for...as indeed we were. Karen was also able to refer us to a wonderful lender, appraiser and escrow company. She was observant in what was happening throughout our escrow, and proactive in addressing any issues needing attention. It's very rare that one can happen upon such skilled and caring agent, and it certainly has not escaped us what a blessing it was that we met Karen that day. We could not recommend her more!

If your looking for an agent that will listen to your needs and exceed your expectations then you need to talk to David. I was in mortgage banking for more years than I care to remember.
