Ondina Statham is an outstanding realtor. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her because she is extremely professional and knows her the realty business very well. She sold my house in less than a week! She is honest, courteous, responsible, and worked diligently to sell my house. Ondina always returned my phone calls and kept me informed. From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Ondina Statham. I will refer her to my family and friends!

I bought my current house with Ondina who was very helpful and professional. I had tried to use a couple of other real estate agents before her, but I was having a hard time getting my calls returned when trying to contact them. It was different with Ondina. She was accessible and very patient with all of my difficulties. I find that buying a house is very stressful, but with Ondina's help it was not so. I plan on using Ondina again in the future when I need a real estate agent.

Ondina helped us purchase a bank foreclosure in 2011, when the market was moving so quickly that it was very difficult to get an offer accepted. Ondina helped us get our offer in and accepted before the other 17 backup offers were submitted, and the quick submittion time by Ondina enabled us to secure our dream home during a very rough market.

Ondina was the realtor representing me for my first purchase. She guided me through the process and helped finalize the deal for $237,000. Today zillow estimates my property to be valued over 700,000 in just a few years. I am looking forward to working with her again.
