Josh traveled with us to various locations before I picked the right house. He never asked me for my preapproval which I appreciated. When the right house arrived we struck with vengeance. Asking for $15,000 less and $9,000 plus in seller concessions. Just savage! I would highly recommend Josh.

You need Long as your agent! Right away he understood what we were looking for and did research before we had showings so that we did not waste time on places that would not suit our needs. Looking for a place in Miami was challenging, but he took care of things and kept us updated and followed up with sellers. He was always available and doing lots of work behind the scenes. He was knowledgeable with what we needed in our contracts and kept us protected. I know the process was smoother with him as our agent, he's on top of everything.
