You need Long as your agent! Right away he understood what we were looking for and did research before we had showings so that we did not waste time on places that would not suit our needs. Looking for a place in Miami was challenging, but he took care of things and kept us updated and followed up with sellers. He was always available and doing lots of work behind the scenes.
